Our Tapas Sail offers an unforgettable experience of coastal elegance. Indulge in five thoughtfully crafted seasonal Mediterranean-inspired tapas, each artfully paired with a complimentary European wine tasting designed to complement every flavor and evoke the effortless charm of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

This two-hour private escape aboard our classic American sailboat glides you through the tranquil waters of Galveston Bay. 

Our two-person team will verify your ID, provide a brief overview of safety guidelines and life-onboard procedures. Restrooms on shore are available; this is the opportunity to freshen-up before boarding. 

Welcome Aboard!

Once on the dock the Captain and Chef de Cuisine will welcome you onboard and offer a tour of the vessel. To begin your journey in comfort and style, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing towel, complimentary socks for your comfort (non-marking shoes are permitted and final discretion will be up to the captain), and a celebratory glass of bubbles will be made available.

Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to allow for a relaxed and effortless boarding experience. 

We will begin our journey by departing the marina under power, gliding through the tranquil waters of Clear Lake while taking in the breathtaking waterfront estates that line the shoreline as we transition into your unforgettable sailing experience. As we journey past Clear Lake we will begin your culinary experience. Tapas are served individually to each guest and will include a sampling of wine that complements the dish. Guests will be able to enjoy opportunities to mingle and take advantage of various viewpoints as the sailing journey reaches Galveston Bay. 

Once in open waters the captain will begin to set sail, during which a brief intermission for the crew to hoist one or both sails. The captain will navigate the bay under sail and more courses will resume. Opportunity to learn stewardship of the boat, photo opportunities and possible dolphin sightings.

Upon return, sails will be lowered, the final course will be served, and we will begin docking procedures. We will close up the day with some farewells and any details needed to disembark.
